Repairing Slow Computers

This is by far the most common issue. Over the years your computer or laptop can become slow. An indication that you have a problem is if you see popups when browsing the Internet. You may also see a message saying low memory or your computer freezing. This usually means that you have a virus or spyware that needs to be deleted for your computer to perform at optimal speed. It may also be a result of a hardware issues or unnecessary files.

Blue or Black Screen

Do you ever encounter a blue or back screen after rebooting your computer? This problem seems to effect mainly the Windows Operating System. The symptoms are very distinct. After starting your computer, your system will appear normal until you log in. All you will see is a plain blue or black screen. You may only see a single My Computer Explorer Window. This is this unique service where we send a computer tutor to your home to help you with services such as basic computer lessons on how to use a computer, send and receive e-mail, organize photo albums, print letters and photos, basic Internet use including how to use chat, transferring pictures from your camera to your computer and putting them on a CD, DVD or flash drive. We found this service especially helpful for individuals who are just beginning to use a computer.

If you are running on Windows Vista, XP, or the new Windows 7 and have forgotten your password, then call us and we can reset your password for you.

Device Setup

If you have just bought a new laptop or computer (PC or Mac) and need assistance in setting up all your devices we can do this for you.
